Overflow gate valve

A flat, downward-opening valve for surface or rabbet mounting to regulate the level of a basin or access channel by overflowing over the gate leaf.

Advantage(s) :

— Can be manufactured with ACS certification.
— The valve remains sealed throughout its entire stroke.
— Manual, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic operation (with limitations depending on size).

Usage caution(s) :

— Substantial space required under the head of water (requires appropriate concrete setup).

Overall dimension :

— 200×200 to 2000×2000 mm.
— Squared or rectangular section.

Design :

— Standard :
Up to 1000×1000 mm :
+ Frame and gate leaf: 304L stainless steel.
+ Seal: 65 Sh neoprene.

Over 1000×1000 mm :
+ Frame and gate leaf: S235JR steel.
+ Seal: 65 Sh neoprene.

— Option(s) :
+ 304L stainless steel, 316L stainless steel.

Mounting :

— For doweling or anchoring.

Sealing :

— 3-sided.
— 1 or 2 directions (upstream and downstream).
