Wagon gate valve

HPL Engineering : vanne wagon implantation.

Bottom gate for control or adjustment in a basin or dam. Operates under high water loads and closes by gravity, thanks to rollers that limit operating forces.

Advantages :

— Suitable for emptying the bottom of dams.

Overall dimension :

— 1000×1000 to 4000×4000 mm.
— Squared or rectangular section.

Design :

— Standard :
+ Frame and shovel: S355J2+N steel.
+ Rollers: 42CrMo4.
+ Seal: neoprene 65 Sh.

— Option(s) :
+ Stainless steel 316L, stainless steel 316Ti, stainless steel duplex, silicone viton seal.

Mounting :

— For anchoring.

Sealing :

— 4-sided.
— 2 directions (upstream and downstream).

Control :

— Standard: double-acting hydraulic cylinder.
— Option: servo rising screw motor.

Admissible waterhead :

— Standard: 10 mCE, 20 mCE and 30 mCE.
— Option: other loads on request.
