Air relief valve 3 functions

HPL Engineering : ventouse triple fonction.

Protects a pipe against vacuum and evacuates pressurized air during operation or filling.

Advantages :

— Very high flow capacity.
— Available up to PN 64 bar.

Usage caution(s) :

— Sensitive to turbulence at low pressures, which can lead to leaks (requires the addition of a diaphragm under the body).

Overall dimension :

— DN 100 to DN 300 mm.
— PN 10 to PN 64 bar.

Design :

— Standard :
+ Body: S235JR steel
+ Gate: high-density polymer.
+ Valve: stainless steel or aluminum.

— Option(s) :
+ Steel S355J2+N, stainless steel 316L.

Flange connections :

— Standard: ISO flanges.
— Option: ASA or BS flanges.
